THINK SAFETY AT ALL TIMES. You can’t undo a moment of carelessness!
RED LIGHTS -- When they are on,
your guns should be unloaded with your action open and you’re not to handle
your gun until the RED LIGHTS are turned off.
Always check the range to make sure there is no one down range if the
RED LIGHTS are on. If more than
yourself, get agreement on turning on the red lights before going down range.
SAFETY VIOLATIONS
If you see someone violating a
safety rule and they do not act appropriate then call your Safety
Director. If you do not know the person,
then get their license plate number.

WOMEN
Our Women’s Director, Michelle
Duncan, is available and wants to hear from the women on what they would like
to do. Michelle is also available to go
shooting with a wife or daughter if shooting with a woman would be helpful
for instruction and developing confidence.

about one of the disciplines and are interested, then call the Director and /
or come to one of the events. Don’t be
afraid to ask questions. Many of the
disciplines have loaner equipment.

Buddy Bailey was appointed to fill the office until the next election. Norman THANKS for all your years of service
and helping to put the club on a sound financial footing Buddy is not a stranger
to the board. He has held several
offices in the past and is very familiar with the operation of the club. Welcome aboard.
4H – 25 GUN
RAFFLE
The 4H have a 25 Gun Raffle to
raise money to pay for the Shotgun Bunker Trap.
A raffle ticket costs $20 per ticket.

SHOTGUN BUNKER
TRAP
The Bunker Trap is operational and
is generally open on Sunday’s. It costs
$5 for GGC members and 4H members and $6 for non-members. Sometime in the near future we will pour a
concrete slab and put a cover over it which should finish the facility.

AAMI Sports has
donated his services for handling of our guns for the Friends of the NRA Dinner
and AJC Sports in Clute donated 20 gauge shotgun shells for the Youth Field
Day. Academy has also been a
supporter. Pleas support our local
businesses that help us.

NRA banquet was held last month and made about $10,000 that will be used to
